addChangeRecord Method @beta

Adds a change read from somewhere other than a changeset, such as a precomputed cache, like addChange does for a changeset reader's ChangeInstance. Add changes in the order they were made, so that, for example, an insert followed by a delete of the same instance cancels out.

addChangeRecord(change: ChangeRecord): Promise<void>

@throws ITwinError with key AspectOwnerRequired if a deleted aspect has no aspectOwnerElementId.
